Waterfront San Diego Dining – Oceana Coastal Kitchen is the vibrant, signature restaurant inside the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa on San Diego‘s Mission Bay. Opened in 2015, Oceana embraces fresh California flavors and a modern, marine-inspired design – including an 800-gallon aquarium stocked with tropical jellyfish and an outdoor patio with panoramic bay views. Executive Chef Steven Riemer leads the kitchen and is dedicated to using local, sustainable ingredients for the restaurant’s surf-and-turf inspired breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus.

Executive Chef Steven Riemer’s playful interpretation of classic dishes highlights the purity and flavors of California local produce and a commitment to sustainable ingredients. A cold bar with sushi options, small bites and main dishes include the freshest seafood available from the coast of Baja and the Pacific. Oceana Coastal Kitchen offers an all-new alfresco experience for guests, complete with sleek booths and tables with sweeping panoramic waterfront views, along with an adjacent lounge featuring flickering flames from tiki torches and lava rock fire pits.
