Established in 1952.
The Lorelei is a well known “Locals, Bar and Restaurant” Lorelei started out as a bait store and evolved into a bar and bait shop many years ago. In 1988 a group of business men bought the property and developed into a thriving business. In 2005 Hurricane Wilma destroyed almost all of the buldings and docks. All but the fine dining restaurant was rebuilt in the next six months into a beautiful open air property, just what you should expect in the Florida Keys. Lorelei offers customers a great setting to view incredible sunsets while listening to excellent quality entertainers on stage while children play on our sandy beach and adults enjoy a libation, all at reasonable prices. Arrive at least one hour before “Sunset” time for the best chance of getting a table.
