A note on large parties: We do not do reservations. Seatings for large groups on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays must be done by 5pm or after 8pm. If coming at 5, your complete food order must be placed by 5:45.
We are determined to provide great service and welcome you to celebrate with us! Occasional exceptions may be made as we are able.

We are the biggest brewery, not just in Key West but all of the Florida Keys. We serve fantastic seafood with a gorgeous view of the historic Key West Bight.

History

Established in 2015.

The Waterfront Brewery opened in 2015 at the historic Key West Bight. Since then, we have been providing Key West with locally brewed craft beer, great food, and welcoming service. Our most famous beer is the Crazy Lady Honey Blonde Ale, a smooth ale brewed with local Keez Beez honey. Join us for a brew tour to explore Conch Republic history and our brewing process. Or you can visit our huge game room for arcade games, pool, and more. We also cater large events on our beautiful roof, which overlooks the waterfront.
